Free and paid two-hour parking is available on the streets surrounding ODC.

ODC is easily accessible by the following Muni Bus Lines: 12, 14, 22, 33, 49, & 53. We are located 3 blocks from the 16th St./Mission BART station. Call 415.673.MUNI or visit bart.gov for more information.

- Can I exchange my ticket?
Exchanges may be made to another performance of the same production only if available ticket inventory exists. Tickets are not redeemable for cash, re-sale, nor valid with any other offer. ODC is not responsible for any lost, duplicate, or stolen ticket(s).
- Do I have to print my ticket?
If you chose to have your tickets emailed, you can either print them or have them ready to display on your phone. Will Call tickets can be picked up at the box office.
- When should I arrive?
Unless stated otherwise, ODC Theater is a general admission venue. We encourage you to arrive 30 minutes prior to performance start time to ensure you secure your preferred seats.
- What COVID-19 Protocols are in Place?
ODC Theater is excited to welcome the public back for live performances. For the health and safety of yourself and others, and per CDC and SFDPH guidelines, all adult participants are required to show proof of being fully vaccinated (“fully vaccinated” means two weeks after completion of the recommended vaccination series). Masks are required.
At the discretion of the artists, some shows may have additional health and safety measures. Please check the ticketing page for information specific to the ticketed performance or event you are attending.
