The ODC School Audition Series brings dancers and choreographers together in a class context. Dancers may use class cards or pay a $15 drop in fee. Come early to fill out information forms.
eMotion Arts is a newly formed Dance Company with the mission of spreading a message of Oneness through Dance.
Directed by Mariana Sobral, the Company’s goal is to create and showcase a cohesive body of work that highlights and celebrates Oneness by bringing together dancers, artists, and their unique styles.
Embracing diversity by incorporating different dance styles and artistic visions, we want to create an inclusive space where dancers and choreographers collaborate to bring their creations to life. Our creative process incorporates collaborations with musicians, guest choreographers, and educators. This makes the Company a place where its members can further their artistic development, develop their own Artistic Voice.
eMotion Arts is looking for:
•Professional dancers
•Strong Ballet technique
•Movement style is contemporary with a strong ballet influence
•Pointe work is not mandatory, but definitely a plus
•Performance dates in April, June, September, and November (more dates TBD)
•Video project
•Performance stipend (TBD)
•Weekly company class will be offered
•Teaching opportunities with the eMotion Arts Educational program also available
