About our Summer Teen Intensive
A 10-day intensive designed exclusively for teens. Students will experience the excitement and challenge of different dance technique styles including Contemporary, African, Bollywood, and post-modern partnering. They will also choreograph their own movement within an ensemble situation under the guidance of a professional choreographer, culminating in an informal showing on the last day, June 28. All classes are taught by an esteemed faculty of Bay Area dance professionals at our state of the art facility, the ODC Dance Commons.
At least 2-3 years of technical dance training and some performance experience required. Placement classes for the technique classes will take place on the first day of the intensive. |
