Using imagery and movement, this workshop will work to shed last year’s outmoded habits in order to start the new year with a more neutral and pain-free spine. We will examine the assumptions that create pain and dysfunction while relearning to move with greater ease, flexibility, lightness and pleasure. Utilizing Feldenkrais® movements, we will lie on the floor, sit stand and walk, as well as, look at specific movements that students would like to improve. This workshop is open to people of any level of fitness. “Make the impossible possible, the possible easy, and the easy beautiful.” - Moshé Feldenkrais
