Sara Shelton Mann | Improvisation and Touch
June 6-8, 2-5pm, $230

This workshop will explore scores, scenarios and the science of dreaming using physical language as a script. Participants will work on performance, as an investigation of skill and presence, and touch as an intimate layer of conversation. The workshop will include a rigorous chi warm-up to strengthen and develop physical attention and consciousness, and writing to stretch imaginative muscles and create context for communication through script and movement. Bring creativity and notebooks.
