The ODC School Audition Series brings dancers and choreographers together in a class context. Dancers may use class cards or pay a $14 drop in fee ($1 cash discount). Come early to fill out information forms and bring your resume including your contact info, a link to 3-5 minute video reel of your dancing and a photo.Sunday, May 1, 20113pm - 5pmholly johnston/ledges and bones is looking for one male and one female who are mature, experienced dance artists with cultivated skills in contemporary dance techniques, improvisation, high-velocity partnering who are interested in advancing the physical language, aesthetic identity and working methodologies of artistic director and choreographer, Holly Johnston.Contracts will run May 15, 2011 to summer 2012. Dancers receive modest performance stipends, travel and lodging; no pay for rehearsals. Stipends paid for additional company activities such as outreach, master classes, residencies and workshops. All company members have access to additional training with Holly Johnston and are invited to attend all public classes and workshops taught by Holly at no cost. The company rehearses approximately once a week, with intensive bi-monthly weekend rehearsals. Dancers must be available and willing to travel to LA or SF minimally once a month, with occasional bi-monthly travel during 3 months prior to production.
